Hey, Im Abby and I go to Newton South and my senior project (W.I.S.E) is exploring international cooking. I plan to make a meal from a different country every two weeks. I will use resources such as cookbooks and research books from the library, the web, and my friends. I plan to make dinner with or learn recipes from my friends and their families of different cultures than me. Also I will take advantage of the different ethnic supermarkets around Boston to get certain supplies they don’t sell in most supermarkets.
I will document my process of making the food and the final product with a digital camera photos of the process and this blog.
